Elson Asai - Director Strategic Ministries
Dr. Elson Asai holds a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership Development and brings extensive ministry and mentoring experience. He is passionate about inspiring young people to discover their God-given potential, develop strong character, and make a lasting impact in their communities through biblical principles and practical leadership skills.
Phungreiso Varu - Director Program Management
Phungreiso Varu is a development leader with over 18 years of experience empowering marginalized communities and young people to unlock their potential. His work spans program design, leadership development, and multi-sector partnerships to advance the Sustainable Development Goals.
An alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, with additional training from Coady Institute, Canada, and the University of Michigan, Phungreiso is the author of Beyond Limits: Inspiring Young People to Unlock Their Boundless Potential. He is widely recognized as a leadership speaker and youth mentor dedicated to nurturing the next generation of changemakers.

For decades, the cascading weight of political neglect, economic marginalization, and systemic socio-cultural exclusion has bled into the hills and valleys of North East India. And now, in the shadow of recent years of brutal ethnic conflict—most visibly in Manipur—that silent neglect has morphed into a humanitarian catastrophe.
Thousands remain uprooted, living in the shadow of a war zone while the rest of the country scrolls past their reality. Young people gifted with an innate genius for music, sport, and fashion are forced to trade their aspirations for bare survival, crushed by the dual weight of a burning home and a mainland economy that views them through a lens of total indifference.
Yet, from that exact crucible of pain, a fierce resilience rises- EnenexG Foundation- refusing to yield to circumstance and determined to transform lives- one person at a time.
Our Mission: To act as an uncompromising navigator for youth cast aside by civil unrest and historical neglect, replacing the vulnerability of displacement with the absolute security of global employment and financial independence.
Our Vision: To create a generation of indigenous leaders who refuse to be defined by conflict or marginalization, rising from the ashes of displacement to claim their rightful place at the forefront of the global economy.
